Qualifications

• Active CO RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience within last 3 years.
• Copy of PSV from licensing board or verification agency if required.
• Copy of current required certifications (e.g., BLS, immunizations, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor progress and document assessments and outcomes in EMR.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies promptly.
