Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a compassionate RN to join the healthcare team at the Tuscaloosa County Jail in Tuscaloosa, AL. This full-time night shift role provides meaningful patient care in a structured correctional setting.

The position features a 12-hour shift pattern with a rotating schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and opportunities for a sign-on and retention bonus. You will collaborate with physicians and the broader health team to maintain high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Provide patient education and promote continuity of care
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare and correctional teams
• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times
