St. Luke Lutheran Community -North Canton is seeking a dedicated Weekend Day Shift RN Coordinator to oversee nursing care on our North Canton campus. You will coordinate staff, maintain standards, and ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care.

As an RN Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Nursing, lead interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and therapists, and participate in assessments and care planning for residents and families. Weekend schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Ohio RN license.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in long-term care or related healthcare facility.
• Proficient with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal resident care and adherence to established protocols and procedures.
• Report to the DON the status of residents, problem areas, and other related matter.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback and training as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to provide comprehensive care to residents.
• Provide direct nursing care and pass medication as necessary.
• Participate in initial assessments upon admission.
• Meet with residents, and/or family members, as necessary.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team processes including completion of assessments for MDS+.

St. Luke Lutheran Community -North Canton is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our team as a Weekend Day Shift RN Coordinator at our large North Canton Campus. As an RN Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating nursing care for our residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compassionate care are met.

Schedule:

• 2 x 12's, Saturday and Sunday
• 7:00AM - 7:30PM
• Every other holiday required
• Option to work both weekends

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards
