St. Luke Lutheran Community – North Canton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator for the overnight shift to oversee care from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday.

This full-time role provides supervision to nursing staff, delivers direct patient care as needed, and ensures adherence to care plans while maintaining resident safety and comfort. Join a team dedicated to clinical excellence and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems.
• Reliable, organized and proactive professional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care during overnight hours.
• Ensure staff follow established protocols, standards and care plans.

• Conduct assessments, participate in admissions, and review care plans.
• Serve as a key point of contact for residents, team members, and clinical staff.

In this leadership role, you’ll help ensure high-quality clinical care, provide supervision and support to our nursing team, and contribute to a positive and responsive environment for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care during overnight hours

• Ensure nursing staff follow established protocols, standards, and care plans
