Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Registered Nurse Coordinator in Humble, Texas. You will provide direct nursing care, applying clinical knowledge to ensure patient safety, comfort and high-quality care, while supporting unit flow and coordination.

Requirements include graduation from an approved RN program, a current Texas RN license, BCLS, 2+ years in a relevant clinical area, CRT experience, and demonstrated team leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved RN nursing program.
• Valid and current Texas RN license.
• Current BCLS through American Heart Association.
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical area related to assigned department.
• CRT experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care applying clinical knowledge to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Provide team leadership to enhance station or unit flow and functioning.
