Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks a Registered Nurse Coordinator to provide direct nursing care and lead a team to ensure smooth station or unit flow. You will ensure safety, comfort, and adherence to professional standards in a busy clinical setting.

The role requires a Texas RN license, BCLS, CRT experience, and at least 2 years in a clinical area; preferred are a Bachelor's, ACLS, ambulatory care experience, and prior supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved RN nursing program.
• Valid and current Texas RN license.
• Current BCLS through American Heart Association.
• 2+ years in a clinical area related to assigned department.
• CRT experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Proven ability to use equipment and related supplies for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Specialty nursing certification appropriate to specialty area assigned. Windows-based computer skills (preferred).
• ACLS (preferred).
• 2+ years of ambulatory care. Prior supervisory experience (preferred).

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35 - $63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
