Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks a Registered Nurse Coordinator to provide direct nursing care and to lead the station or unit team to improve flow and patient comfort. This role requires a Texas RN license, BCLS, 2+ years in a clinical area, CRT experience, and demonstrated leadership.

Competenze
- Graduate from an approved RN nursing program.
- Valid and current Texas RN license.
- Current BCLS through American Heart Association.
- 2+ years in a clinical area related to assigned department.
- CRT experience.
- Experience leading a team.
- Proven ability to use equipment and related supplies for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy.
Mansioni
- Provide direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills.
- Provide team leadership to enhance station or unit flow and functioning.
