You will supervise LVNs and MAs, ensure accurate documentation in the EHR, and help maintain efficient patient flow while adhering to California nursing standards and clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the nursing process and standards of care.
• Ability to pass a written medication quiz.
• Basic computer proficiency in Windows environment.
• Typing 35 WPM or greater.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process in patient care and documents actions in EHR.
• Coordinates nursing activities and maintains efficient patient flow.
• Functions under standardized procedures to provide independent care.
• Acts as clinic charge nurse when assigned.
• Performs triage using written protocols.
• Transcribes orders accurately and communicates with clinicians.
