Job summary

Shasta Community Health Center is seeking an RN Coordinator in Anderson, CA to support clinicians with nursing and medical responsibilities. You will administer medications, including immunizations, and oversee LVNs and MAs in patient education and care delivery.

The role requires California RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least basic clinic coordination experience. Strong leadership and critical thinking are essential for efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program and current CA RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required at hire and maintain current.
• Experience coordinating care in outpatient or clinic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate nursing activities to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Provide independent care under procedures and act as clinic charge nurse when needed.
• Administer IV medications and injections per clinician orders.
• Educate patients and supervise education delivery by LVNs and MAs.
• Perform triage and document actions in the EHR system.
