Job summary

Private Medical is seeking a skilled RN in Miami Beach to provide in-office and home-based care. You will collaborate with physicians and care coordinators to achieve excellent patient outcomes and deliver comprehensive nursing services.

Role requires a Florida RN license, at least 3 years RN experience, a BSN (preferred), and strong communication. Expect occasional after-hours work and travel to patient homes when needed.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years as an RN in a hospital or outpatient clinic.
• Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to occasionally work after hours or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in-office and house calls as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and patient care coordinators for optimal outcomes.
• Prepare for and conduct comprehensive home visits.
• Perform blood draws, IV therapies, phlebotomy, and travel vaccines.
• Communicate with patients regularly to build trust and reliability.
• Coordinate prescriptions and refills with pharmacies worldwide.
• Document therapies, procedures, medications, and interactions in EMR.
