Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license for Florida.
• BLS certification is required.
• Florida CEUs completed as required.
• Physical health form within last 6 months.
• Copy of a negative TB test result, chest X-ray or Quantiferon-TB Gold test.
• Level 2 background clearance to verify in AHCA.
• Must speak English clearly.
• Must have a valid driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• MUST HAVE VALID RN FLORIDA LICENSE
• MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
• Must Have Florida Required Ceus.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN AHCA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
