Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, FL is seeking an experienced RN for its Concierge Medicine program. You will deliver high-touch nursing care in an ambulatory setting and coordinate triage with the physician team.

The role combines clinical duties with administrative tasks, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education. A BSN/ADN/ Diploma and an active RN license plus BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN)
• Active state RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting
• Assess health status and complete nursing assessments
• Perform telephone triage and establish care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Initiate CPR and emergency measures as needed
• Notify physician or LIP of abnormal findings
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and patient care equipment
• Provide health education to patients and families
• Cover other nursing roles within the department
• Support ambulatory operations and participate in quality initiatives
