Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• ≥3 years as RN in hospital or outpatient clinic.
• Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in office visits and home visits.
• Collaborate with doctors and care coordinators for patient outcomes.
• Prepare and execute all-inclusive home and office visits.
• Perform blood draws, IV therapies, phlebotomy, vaccinations.
• Maintain direct communication with patients and coordinate prescriptions.
• Document therapies and interactions in EMR.
