Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Experience in operating room settings and patient care is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care and conducts assessments, planning, and evaluation for a designated patient group.
• Delivers individualized care plans and coordinates with the care team.
• Performs and documents clinical assessments and maintains patient safety during perioperative processes.
• Develops discharge plans and educates patients and families.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and supports staff development.
