Cura of Le Sueur is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care team and provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing in our skilled nursing facility. You will perform hands-on clinical care, complete assessments, administer medications, document accurately, and collaborate with CNAs, providers, and families to tailor care plans.

Minnesota RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required; new graduates encouraged to apply; team-focused environment with ongoing training and

• Current MN RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents based on individual needs and care plans.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to providers and ensure appropriate interventions and follow-up.
• Coordinate resident care throughout shift and ensure nursing needs are addressed timely.
• Work closely with CNAs, LPNs, providers, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to nursing assistants and other care team members.
• Communicate with residents and families and address questions or concerns.
