Responsibilities

• Identify existing or potential problems and seek or implement appropriate solutions.
• Perform plan-of-care interventions and document care provided.
• Provide nursing care through planning, organizing, and facilitating the nursing function for assigned patients.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, nutrition and ambulation.
• Monitor and document patient status and communicate with RN, physician, patient and families.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
