Qualifications

• RN licensure required; nursing credential from accredited program.
• BSN preferred; master's in nursing or health admin preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care inpatient nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily care activities across Medical and Surgical Units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care plans.
• Serve as a clinical resource to nursing staff and ensure protocol adherence.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Monitor quality indicators and participate in improvement projects.
• Facilitate communication among providers, staff, patients and families.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing clinical development of unit staff.
• Coordinate supplies, equipment readiness, and unit operations.
