Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year hospital clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collect patient health data and document in medical record.
• Analyze assessment data to identify diagnoses and patient problems.
• Develop and implement a plan of care to attain expected outcomes.
• Evaluate progress and revise diagnoses, outcomes, and the plan as needed.
• Participate in quality‑of‑care activities and initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
