Job summary

Agape Care Group in Kansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team to deliver compassionate hospice care.

You will lead the care team to ensure high-quality services, collaborate with leadership, and have opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit/stand/bend and lift 80–100 lbs when needed.
