Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's).
• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• New graduates welcome; prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills; ability to develop and implement care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients/residents, develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders and facility policies.
• Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and respiratory therapies.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the care team, communicate with patients and families, and participate in care conferences.
• Respond to emergencies with CPR and advanced life support as needed and assist in transfers to higher care levels.
• Advocate for patient rights and provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
