Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in a healthcare/long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient health status.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Perform clinical procedures in accordance with facility protocols.
• Educate patients and families on medications and treatments.
