Job summary

Highland Oaks Health Center in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care in a long-term care setting.

The RN will supervise and support nursing assistants, develop care plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge processes while focusing on resident dignity and safe,

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident needs.
