Qualifications

Valid Iowa RN license in good standing.
Current CPR certification.
Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
Empathetic, respectful, patient-focused.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Support daily clinical operations on the unit.
Administer medications and treatments on time.
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
Collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers and team for quality care.
Communicate with residents and families about care needs.
Document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
