Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will perform assessments, create care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure accuracy in documentation, and uphold HIPAA and safety standards. English proficiency and a current RN license are required, with opportunities for growth and education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• English proficiency for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high-quality nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs in compliance with state practice acts.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR.
• Ensure patient and family satisfaction through effective communication and care planning.
