Genesiscareers seeks an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes.

Under supervision, you will mentor staff, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and maintain PCC documentation while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. A BSN/ADN and an active RN license plus BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with ADN or BSN.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term/post-acute/geriatric care preferred.
• English proficiency for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs within scope.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for safe discharge.
• Maintain accurate PCC documentation.
