Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include medication administration, leadership of LPNs/CNAs, and maintaining accurate PCC/EHR documentation. Excellent communication, clinical skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs, ensuring safe patient care.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation in PCC EHR.
