Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
