Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA or state with reciprocity.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards and physician plans.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the clinical team.
