Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment, consulting with Charge Nurse and staff as needed.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, assist with procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP format and attend mandatory trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, and supervisors.
