Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking an RN to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure all care is provided according to established standards and individualized care plans.

Shifts available 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, 11 pm - 7 am. Pay ranges from $33 to $55 per hour, with up to $2 shift differential and daily pay. Massachusetts RN license and BLS CPR are required to join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (unencumbered).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards, physician plan, and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and nursing regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
