Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, a 170-bed sub-acute and Long-Term Care facility, is seeking an RN to join our compassionate team. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and competitive compensation ($40.00-$49.00/hour all-inclusive), plus shift differentials up to $3 and PIB of $3.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
