Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time or PRN opportunities. Shifts run 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am with pay ranging from $18 to $24 per hour plus up to $1.50 shift differential and daily pay options.

The CNA will provide compassionate, hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and support the nursing team to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
