Evara Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, on-site work in Clearwater, FL. The RN will support nursing leadership, supervise Medical Assistants, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliant clinical documentation.

The role emphasizes care coordination, safety, and adherence to HIPAA and accreditation requirements while contributing to a mission-driven healthcare system that serves Pinellas County communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Minimum one year as an RN in a healthcare setting with some supervisory experience
• Preferred: More than two years of experience in a health center setting as a supervisor

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and nurse visits as directed by providers.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and respond to patient requests and comments in a timely manner.
• Train, coach, and mentor Medical Assistants and clinical staff, ensuring competency and adherence to schedules.
• Lead care team huddles to strengthen communication and address quality indicators.
• Oversee laboratory standards and vaccine inventory and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with policies and procedures and HIPAA/compliance standards.
