Evara Health seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing and clinical support teams across multiple Clearwater locations. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance under strong leadership.

You will oversee staffing, quality metrics, and collaboration with providers while guiding clinical operations and ensuring a patient-centered approach across the network.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years management experience in a medical or related field.
• Active nursing license in the State of Florida.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily nursing and clinical support operations across locations, ensuring safe, efficient care.
• Partner with center leaders on staffing, onboarding, scheduling, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as clinical resource and escalation point for nursing and patient care concerns.
• Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, and incident trends; implement improvements.
• Ensure regulatory submissions and clinical documentation are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve workflows and patient care.
• Support emergency preparedness activities and participate in drills.
