Job summary

Next Generation Recruitment is seeking an experienced RN to lead a CNA training program in Newport Beach, CA. The role involves coordinating the entire CNA curriculum, supervising students in classroom and clinical settings, and ensuring alignment with CDPH standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active CA RN license, has at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, and brings nursing education or program coordination experience. CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Prior experience in nursing education, CNA instruction, or program coordination preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CDPH regulations and CNA certification requirements.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the CNA training program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional materials for CNA students.
• Provide clinical supervision and hands-on instruction to CNA students in classroom and clinical settings.

• Collaborate with healthcare facility partners to coordinate clinical rotations and practicum experiences.
• Mentor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support throughout the program.
