Qualifikationen

• Texas RN license required.
• Charge or supervisory experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Refer to Nursing Policy IV-F.3

• Oversees staff duties with safe, timely, compassionate care and direct patient care as needed.
• Direct communication with physicians and management to resolve issues quickly.
• Coaches, educates and counsels all staff members.
• Maintains a risk-free environment and pursues ongoing performance improvement.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
