Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing and support staff and delegates tasks.
• Evaluates staff performance and provides coaching.
• Oversees patient care planning and implementation.
• Coordinates patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensures effective communication among clinicians, patients and families.
• Monitors patient flow and bed assignments; optimizes unit resources.
• Performs rounding to evaluate care delivery and satisfaction, mentors staff.
• Ensures adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards.
