Job summary

CommUnityCare in Texas seeks a Nurse Manager-Operations to lead clinical support staff, coordinate nursing services, and oversee unit workflow. You will supervise staff, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across the clinic.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, CPR certification, and prior nursing leadership experience. You will collaborate with care teams to support patient-centered care and maintain high standards of clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Texas.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned staff and establish work assignments and priorities.
• Perform Nurse Manager-Operations duties in absence of NMO.
• Participate in Process Improvement strategies.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff and clinical personnel.
• Ensure unit flow, staffing, and patient scheduling aligns with clinic needs.
• Deliver direct nursing care and ensure proper documentation.
