Qualifications

• Connecticut RN license required.
• 3 years of direct clinical patient care; triage/ICU/ED experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS/ACLS per departmental policies; strong ability to educate patients.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic triage using clinical protocols to direct patients to appropriate care.
• Collaborates with clinicians to secure timely responses and one-call resolution when possible.
• Communicates with providers, patients, and families to assess needs and guide next steps.
• Maintains documentation and data entry per standards.
• Coaches, mentors triage staff and provides routine feedback.
