Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and triage to determine treatment plans.
• Develop and manage nursing care plans with physicians.
• Interview patients and document medical history for treatment planning.
• Coordinate patient admission and discharge processes.
• Instruct patients and families on treatment and health maintenance.
• Perform patient care procedures per policy and ensure confidentiality as per HIPAA.
• Identify education needs to improve nursing care delivery within the department.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
