Qualifications

• RN license (Registered Nurse) is required.
• 1+ year of acute care experience is required.
• Must be able to respond to emergent situations (code blue, trauma, code stroke, STEMI, maternal/neonatal emergencies).
• Ability to administer pain management and educate patients/families.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams to ensure high patient and physician satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing and utilization during shifts.
• Assess patient conditions and support caregivers across units.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies and standards.
• Communicate vital issues to leadership and implement improvements.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care across departments.
