Job summary

You will educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and life-threatening event readiness.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• Experience in critical care preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families about conditions, plans, medications and self-care.
• Document care activities accurately in the EMR and ensure compliance with regulations.
