Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with families.
• Knowledge of diverse backgrounds and respectful care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage patients and families.
• Ability to assess and plan patient care and clinical judgement.
• Knowledge of medication administration and post-discharge needs.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and ethics.
• BLS & ACLS certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• NJ RN license is required.
