Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care delivery.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, planning, and care.
• Education of patients and families on conditions and treatments.
• Medication administration and prescription understanding.
• Discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Knowledge of health information documentation.
• BLS & ACLS certifications.
• RN license in New Jersey.
