Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and respectful collaboration with patients and families.
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage with diverse backgrounds.
• Understanding of effective communication, partnership with patients and families.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and using IT tools.
• BLS & ACLS certification.
• RN license in New Jersey.
