Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Charlotte, NC office. This role oversees clinical care for adult clients in the surrounding area and leads a nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality home health services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of RN experience with supervisory skills and pediatric exposure. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a mission-driven nonprofit

Qualifications

• Trach/Vent experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience required.
