Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to lead and coordinate clinical services for adult clients. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role offering growth opportunities.

The RN will visit clients, develop and oversee care plans, supervise Home Health Aides and CNAs, and participate in staff training and orientation to ensure the highest quality care.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate care teams to provide exceptional home health care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct assessments in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas.
