BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Charlotte, NC office. This role focuses on delivering compassionate home health care to adult clients in the surrounding area, while leading a professional nursing team.

The position emphasizes assessment, care planning, and staff supervision in a fast-growing industry. Ideal candidates are RNs with at least 2 years of RN experience, with pediatric exposure and supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Trach/Vent experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients in Charlotte and surrounding areas to conduct assessments.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Participate in training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
