Job summary

BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital – WJMC Campus in Marrero, LA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for full-time day or night shifts. The role oversees all patient care areas and hospital services on the off-shift, coordinating training and ensuring smooth patient flow.

RN supervision, care planning, and accurate medical records are core responsibilities. Requirements include RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years of acute care with supervision; BSN/MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN required; BSN or Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care areas and hospital services on off-shift.
• Collaborate in planning and organizing training for unit staff on off-shift.
• Assess patient health problems, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain medical records.
• Represent hospital administration to departments, families, and patients.
• Communicate changes or unusual events to administrator-on-call.
