Qualifications

• Education: BSN or ADN program graduate.
• Licensure: Current RN license; BLS & ACLS required.
• Experience: 1+ year nursing preferred; Ventilator, Telemetry or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care.
• Develop nursing care plan with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and team; participate in discharge planning.
